Well, it's getting towards the end of the week and my goodness it's been gloomy and cold. Josh and I have spent some the time watching old classic shows. It's been good. Unfortunately, the weather isn't helping my back, which I happened to strain a few days ago... mental note: Never lift with your back.... only ... ONLY... use your legs.....
Yes, so I've been working, recovering and hoping to catch a glimpse of sunshine. I hope it comes soon. Summer days just aren't summer days when it's snowing.

Thuh DooWee Desimal Sistim
Well, here I am. Tuesday morning, and I have endured and lasted through my first day at work. Learning to scan books, arrange them, stack them, send them, mail then, hold them, carry them, read them and just stare at them. Indeed I have done them all... at least to some extent. Today I'll be learning to do everything I can possibly do at the front counter. Checking out books at it were. Apparently the protocols that go along with all the wonderful work of typing is a cornicopia of information that will most likely be frustrating for me to remember... and being that I usually cannot remember what day it is, or what my name is, it becomes rather frustating.
No, I didn't always have a bad memory... lol, in fact I believe it is actually working to some extent today. But the lack of sleep in the last couple months has taken it's toll, and my brain efficiency is down 35%. Only prayer and more sleep will get that back up. So.... I tried to get to bed earlier...lol, and I never can get there until after 12am.... sigh......
On other notes, I spend the weekend in Nipawin, primarily at NBI, Nipawin's Bible Insitute. It was the grad weekend for many who had spent their time working there. At present, I have no idea whatsoever of what I'm going to do. But I know I will at least take 2 years.... perhaps 3 or 4 even. So many choices and so little life in which to explore them. So.... I wait, and ask God what he wants of me. It saves me a lot of time not having to worry.... OH, heh, I still need to finish my income tax... lol. I have my last T4 slip at a previous job... and lol, I can't leave until close to working time.... I'll leave at about 12...
Yup, so I've been doing a lot of stuff.... getting ready for China, learning some Chinese.... um, yeah! Lots of stuff. OH!! Did I mention Karina's home for a quick break?! ^_^ That's kewl. We were able to hang a lot at NBI, and lol, where I also met George... she's a friend of Karina's... and I met my Grandma twice at DQ. Good ol' Dairy Queen.
On a side note, I'm waitng for Debbie to get the pictures from our excursion to Calgary back. I'd like to see some of the crazier ones. heh. In anycase, farewell for now folks, and may you go in in the peace of God.

Fork...
Ok, so there's this fork in the road. Now if you take the one way... You remain chilling with your friends, but continually growing poorer. On, the other had, you could take path number 2. You become more wealthy, but you miss you hanging with your friends, a huge amount, and then you also are unable to play guitar(your favorite thing to do) for them.
This is what I was going to say my current dilemna... however you spell that.... is. But, it isn't anymore 'cause I gave it to God. Yup. No more worrying.
Know what else was really sweet? Yesterday my buddy (Nathan) called me up from over near PACI school. Well, he wanted a ride because his car had died.... in a halfhour parking zone. I arrived to find him in a nearby Cafe, and I asked for his keys...
I went out to the car, and sure enough... it wouldn't start. It would turn on the engine problem light. Not a sound of it turning over either. But the battery wasn't dead.... the oil didn't need changing yet.... we had no idea what was wrong with it. He comes out after that and opens up th hood. It's dirty...but nothing we can see is very revealing to us. Then again, we know almost nothing about cars.
So finally after trying about 30 times, he heads off to find a buddy he knows nearby. Suddenly, it was like, oh yeah.... why don't I pray about it. So I got out of the car, walked up to the hood that was open, and put my hand on the engine.
I prayed, 'God, let yourself be glorified through this. In the name of Jesus I ask you to uncease this car and let it run. Thank you. In your son Jesus' name, Amen.' I walked over to the open window and turned the key...........
Nothing. So I did it again. and VRRROOOOOOMMMM!!!
lol.
Nathan came back, 'What did you do?!' 'I asked God to start it', I said. lol. He stood there shocked and then looked up...'Why didn't I think of that God?'
It was an interesting day. And God showed me something that I don't see very often. lol, and if I do, it is hidden from me most of the time then. There have been several stories like that.... ones with storms... moose.... bad road contitions... it's crazy how he provides. :) This is why i will not worry. Because God commands us not to. He has everything under control and in that grace and his sovereignty I can truely walk outside on monday mornings and say, this is a great day. And I don't have anything fall on me, or run me over. It's a heart attitude.
Farewell, and Xie-jin.
May God show you how richly you are blessed today.
Shalom

Trampoline. Oh much I miss thee.
Well, actually not that much.... being my back is so messed up, i'm not that frantic to return to the turbulance yet. Today was a pleasant day. Much sunshine beat down upon me today for I was wearing black... but just black... but also: (gasp) A TIE!
Yes. A tie. You have heard right. I was actually wearing......wait....................
AM actually wearing a tie. lol.... it's still on. And it has golfing themes.
I'm not even good at golf! Go figure....Yes, so I was invited by this guy named Dave out to his church by the airport. Lo and behold, upon my arrival I find a few friends of mine there. Namely Elly, Essy, and Prentis. That was kewl. What a weekend.
It's been good. i've been keeping busy and I'm hoping to go for a job at the Library tommorow..... after I buy the weedwacker for Dad.... which has to be at the early bird sale.
Yeah... oh, that's right. I finally listened to the new Jars of Clay cd. 'Redemntion Songs' and it's pretty nifty... there are a few songs that I don't like as much...but it's all done very well, and it's a good listen to be sure. Yeah..... hmmmmmmmmm.... ntohing else is really new around here. The job hunt... the health survival.... the odd way in which I tend to have my mindset. It's all good.
Anyways, everyone, please enjoy your life. And eat plenty of peanut butter and bananas. Farewell, and Xie-jin

What Mountains?
So I was in Calgary for the last 4 days and just got home last night.
The weekend was called 'LEGACY' and it was a youth weekend in which I was enrolled as a sponser. Due to the lack of planning time, only 4 of us went. None of them being actual kids from the youth. It's really wierd not being a kid now. Yeeeesh.
Chris Knutson, Jason Ficher, Debbie Fraser and myself all took off on a journey of monumental proportions. The whole weekend was either mostly overcast, snowing, or foggy, and therefore we never even caught a glimpse of the mountains that I had seen this last November when I was there last.
On the plus side, it was not really really cold.... just plain cold, and that wasn't so bad. There was a fair amount of sunshine though we still never saw any mountains, and oh yes! We discovered donut heaven. Krispy Kreme.......mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......... no donut concived deserves more recognition.........wow............
Also we learned to stop swearing with the conceptual words that most kids use.... mainly crap. Instead we have developed the word 'Rasin' as the new word. It was great fun to say the least to say rasin instead of the norm of most mouths.
Along the journey we also realized the importance of watching for OneWay signs........ and we also realized that Calgarian Citizens are very courteous and will honk to warn you as you pull onto the one way streets backwards.
We also learned what most of Calgary looks like as we racked up over 200km travel in Calgary in appoximately 2.5 days.
What else....hmm.....Oh, and we realized the best way to get the most view out of a simple trip through the city is to take several wrong turns.... which we were delighted to do, even as we were leaving.... in which, it brought us back into the city again.... that was entertaining ^_^
We learned about Grace this weekend... the reason it is given vertically, and we need to distribute it horizontally. It was an amazing weekend that gave us a large amount to talk about.
At the end of the conference, we were able to find Yo, my buddy Tim, only to the 'grace' of God. We were delighted to bring him back with us, and so he is with his family right now, house shopping. It was a great trip and we travelled through a lot of snow and ice on the way home...... mmm... love the snow :)
Have a great day.

What?! CHINA?!!
Yes. China. That shall be my destination come July 7th. I'm heading over there for a month to teach english to teachers and students. I hope it will be an enjoyable experience.. and I personally can't wait :D I NEED PRAYER AND MONEY!!! PRAYER AND MONEY!!! REMEMBER THAT......
Wow... it's been a while since I've updated this blog... (this was pointed out to me by an unnamed individual ^_^ ) So it's a good thing to be back.
An update on me:
Well, I'm still missing Karina in India... soon to be England.... *sigh* ^_^
And physically I'm still as gibbled as ever. I've been unemployed since New Years Eve, and am starting to look for a job... This year I hope to be going to Nipawin Bible Institute after I have completed my China trip, and that is all for the long term planning... well.... I'd like to make another cd. But I will spend more time perfecting songs and who knows? maybe I'll have a better one next time! I'd like to have a band to back me up.
I've enjoyed some skiing, sledding, sliding, snowman making, shovelling and all kinds of spectaclar saskatchewan's special snow ... things. I love alliteration occasionally. In fact, i was just back yesterday from a skiing trip, and heh.. I'm still a wee bit sore.... though a lot of it tends to be from me pushing myself too hard during our China teams' last fundraiser... There were these big wooden tables, and well, I carried....6 of them up 3 flights of stairs alone, plus another 4 with help, and then i took about ... lol, 8 of them back after our whole thing was over at 11... and I was so beat... but I did it, and strained my arms. heh. But I get bored if i do nothing. That night I also vaccumed and ran the sound board all night... took photos, and set up tables, decorations, ran office errands, and arranged, stacked and carried chairs.... big cushiony ones.... whew. They weigh a lot more than the wooden chairs I'm accustomed to.
Life is Good. I'm learning to be content with what I have... but I need to work on many many many things still. heh. Oh well. perhaps I will still have time in which to accomplish such a feat.
Other than that... I think little else is new... perhaps I will you an update when i get back in a few days from Key-way-tin Bible School. We're going there for a couple days to videotape.
Farewell, and Goodnight.

Namesty Gi!
That would be a distinctive recognizable, respectful greeting if you were visiting India.
Anyways, yeah, I've been real busy working and writing, and sleeping. I finished writing another song last night, and I also make a pick for my guitar that required me to glue 2 other picks to the sides. It's nice if you wish to incorporate a stronger percussive sounds. Anyways, i'll be back.

Profound late thoughts of a ponderor of the world's paradigms and outward thinking
I found out something today in deep thought tonight...
To be truely happy and peaceful, and alive in our lives, we need to have: Sleep, Purpose in life, Healthy Eating, Less Stress, Visiting family and friends because we enjoy it, Less Materialism, and always more God and prayer.
The most happy people in the world are the 3rd world countries... and they have all that except for the healthy eating.. in most cases... we on the other hand, have only the healthy eating... and yet some eat too much on purpose and some eat to little on purpose... and it's not because they can or have to eat... it's because we're lost, foolish ... fools.
Goodnight... *click*

CORINTHIANS!!! IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER!
wheeee... a little bit of Apologetix is great. :P How are ya all doing? I started my job today, whooo... me... me, in dress shoes. Who would think of my ever wearing dress shoes?! Anyways, it was a good day. We had a long day... and then i went home.... and found a big piano in out living room. :D
Pianos are fun. I can't wait to get enough songs recoreded so i can put out a cd of my own. that'll be kewl. :D It'll probably be called "neveragain" ....hey... that's an oxymoron.... sweet on!
*Note to Seanna and um... company... probably her siblings... Jenna is loving her sox with the green froggies on them. They're cool. Wheee! We've been running around the house saying, "BUCKLEYS YO!!!" and replying with "ROBUHTUSSIN EH!" It's fun. You guys don't know what you're missing. hehe.
WEll, i'm bored so I'm going to post my first song lyrics of my title song.
NEVERAGAIN
Written and composed by James W. July 2004
seconds feel like years
an enternity without you
life seems so empty
to no longer hear your voice
i'm trapped in eternity
trapped without you here
i'm lost in an emptiness
vast and lonely
i'm lost without you here
the sun still is shining
but still so cold without you
the sky so clear now
but so cold without you
the stars dance above
for they would cease without you
all things worship you
i can't live without you
(ending)
who knew that one could be so lonely
who knew that you would steal all my thoughts away
away from where i was with you
never let me leave again...(repeat 6x)
oh please make me to stay
never let me leave
I'll try to let those of you who haven't heard it hear it sometime.... however, it lacks the intensity that i use in concerts, so lol, concerts are kewl. heh, unless I break another string. O.o

WOW!!!
Ok, I hate computers..... I really do. I just finished typing a post of rather large proportions... for the first time on this website.... AND THE STUPID THING ATE IT!!!! AAAAAAAUUUUGGGGHHHH!!!!!
.....
Ok... well... here I go ... again. I'm going to be dying tommorow as such... getting up at 6, getting my youth music, and meeting the youth around the ... well pine tree... since we lack a pole to gather around for SEE YOU AT THE POLE (SYATP) it's great fun. We are going to freeze. ANyways, we won't have coffee.... so that's a bummer... but hmmm... I think we can get donuts. And that would be sweet. I think I'm buying all the donuts....
Youth Group (Common Ground), is going to be tonight as well, and that is going to be sweet on. :D Kyle's band is playing... heh heh, i get to be in it ;) and we're gonna be kickin it off with some sweet tunes. I hope it turns out well. We're hopnig for a lot of kids. That would be sweet. Unfortunately, i was going to do a bunch of preparation posters etc... for tommorow, but I never got to...things got too busy and hectic. Meh, I will pray we pack out the place.
The stars were out tonight again. We're supposed to have several days of no clouds... and today was the first one... not a cloud in the sky for all day and all night. It was really wierd... Blue blue blue skies... .... ... I never had seen one of those in a long while, and it was quite enjoyable. Though I never got to go play in the sunshine... that was kind of saddening. Pagh. I shall endure.
Farewell, as far as this post goes... I still hate computers... they always betray me. Goodnight, Shalom, and Namarie.
.....
Ok... well... here I go ...
